What are the benefits of Massage Therapy?

How often should one see a massage therapist?
It depends on your situation! You know your own lifestyle and body best. In general, get a massage when needed. However, if you are recovering from an injury, you may need to book frequent sessions for rehabilitation and help elevate pain. If your work lifestyle also consists of heavy lifting or sitting at a desk for long hours, we can also book regular sessions.

What is your personality like?
I would like to think that I am kind and quite personable. I am also quite flexible, and depending on the customers, I can chat with you during the service, or we can stay silent.
